Impact Leadership Program

 

This program is designed for those who have been persistently carving and shaping their organizations for long-term success.  

This program will will help you lead and implement strategic change in your organization and help each participant to define a personal and organizational vision, work on leadership skills, capitalize on participants’ strengths and fortify their weaknesses with the goal of shaping them into competent leaders. 
This 4-month coaching-led certificate program, is thoughtfully crafted to assist participants in elevating their 'operating level' and unlocking their authentic leadership capabilities. As a participant, you get the best of both worlds – the research and world-class thought leadership.


The program will be led by Jim Joy and by various other management and leadership experts.

Who Can Participate? This program is designed for Organization Leaders, Managers and leaders leading, cross-functional, and diversified teams, Emerging leaders, Pastors and Individual contributors

Duration: 4 Months. Cohort meets on Saturday for 1 hour 15  minutes. Timings will be confirmed 
Start Date:  July, 2024 
Mode: Virtual
Fee: Indian Rupees 8000 or equivalent for Indians/SAARC, others US$150 or equivalent for registrations before June 30. Thereafter 11,000 and US$200 respectively
Participants should be ready to invest in suggested books/e-books for reading as part of your course ware.
