Emerging Leaders Program

 

This program will imbibe participants  with skills and competencies to strengthen their leadership capabilities and lead their organizations to greater success and achievements.

This program will help each participant to define a personal and organizational vision, work on leadership skills, capacity building, capitalize on participants’ strengths and fortify their weaknesses with the goal of shaping them into competent leaders.

The program will be led by Jim Joy and will include sessions by experienced diplomats, political and business leaders.

Duration: 3 Months. Once a week session of 1 hour 30 minutes
Start Date: 20 November 2021
Mode: Virtual
Fee: Indian Rupees 3500 or equivalent for Indians/South Asians, others US$100 or equivalent. Participants should be ready to invest in suggested books/e-books for reading as part of your course ware.
